These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zayth Enterprise LLC ("Zayth Enterprise," "we," "us," or "our") website and cleaning, pressure-washing, and related services. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using zayth.net, you agree to these Terms. See also our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out and property-turnover cleaning, post-construction cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure and soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related exterior services in our service area in metro Atlanta, GA. Instant estimates shown on our site are typical ranges only — your final price is confirmed after we see the property, based on its size and condition.

Booking & scheduling

Booking a service requires accurate contact and property information. We'll confirm your appointment by phone, text, or email. Please provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time; if we're unable to access the property or complete the work as scheduled through no fault of ours, a rescheduling or trip fee may apply.

Cancellations & rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule by calling or texting 470-362-8866. We ask for as much notice as possible — late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, which we'll always communicate to you in advance.

Payment

Pricing is confirmed before or at the time of service. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at time of booking; card payments are processed securely through our payment provider and we do not store full card numbers.

Satisfaction & service quality

We stand behind our work. If something about a completed job doesn't meet the standard we agreed to, contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

SMS & call communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Zayth Enterprise about your service request, scheduling, and account, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time.

Limitation of liability

We carry liability insurance and take care to protect your property on every job. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or issues with items not disclosed to us before service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
